Paving Operations to Impact Traffic on I-476 Clarks Summit – Wyoming Valley
Bi-directional right lane closures in effect until Friday.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (10/01/2011)(readMedia)-- The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling in both directions on the Northeastern Extension (I-476) between the Clarks Summit (Exit #131) and Wyoming Valley (Exit #115) Interchange to be prepared for bi-directional single-lane patterns to be in effect until 12 p.m. Friday, October 7.
Crews have established a single-lane pattern, closing the right lane in both directions for milling and paving operations.
Motorists traveling on I-476 between Clarks Summit and Wyoming Valley should stay alert for slow moving or stopped traffic when approaching and traveling through the work zone located southbound from milepost A126-A121 and northbound between milepost A119-A126 until the patterns are lifted Friday at noon. The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather and subject to change.
