POTSDAM, NY (10/17/2013)(readMedia)-- SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will present a concert featuring the Potsdam Brass Quintet on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater.
Among the works to be performed are compositions by John Davison, W. Francis McBeth, Michael Kamen and Johann Joseph Fux.

"Variations and Fugue on the Star-Spangled Banner," originally composed for organ by Dudley Buck, was rescored for brass quintet by Crane School faculty emeritus Arthur Frackenpohl.
This event is free, and the public is invited to attend.
