Presented at national mathematics conference

These students presented their research based on the Ising Model, a mathematical model for the polarization ferromagnetic materials. They have been working together this summer to study and extend this model as part of the SURE program, and are advised by Professor Haley Yaple.

The students gave two talks at MathFest, an annual conference for mathematics and math education that was held July 26-29 in Chicago.
