ST. MARY'S CITY, MD (06/14/2013)(readMedia)-- Mary's College of Maryland announces that Pamela Mann, native of Queens, NY, has been reappointed with tenure and promoted to Associate Professor. Mann, a librarian, joined the St. Mary's faculty in 2009. She holds a master's degree in library and information science from the University of South Carolina. She is the reference, instruction and outreach librarian for the arts and humanities. Her areas of specialization include Latin American and Latino studies and women and gender studies.
St. Mary's College of Maryland, designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992, is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 2,000 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary's River in Southern Maryland.
