Redmond Native Works to Prevent Truancy
WALLA WALLA, WA (10/08/2012)(readMedia)-- Redmond native Sydney Conway is working with the Juvenile Justice Center on truancy cases in the public school system through Whitman College. The work falls under Becca Law, which has the ultimate goal of deterring truancy among Washington's youth.
Conway is a 2009 graduate of The Bear Creek School.
At Whitman, Conway is a senior sociology major and an active participant in intramural sports.
