New York Army National Guard Soldier Promoted
LATHAM, NY (11/19/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
William Harrison from Rensselaer, NY (postal code 12144) and serving with Det 1 Company C, 1-69th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Private 1st Class.
