Roundtable Visits Hometown Roots

ALBANY, NY (12/12/2007)(readMedia)-- WAMC/Northeast Public Radio’s The Roundtable broadcast live from Hubbard Hall, in Cambridge, NY, on Friday, December 7. This beautiful, historic Opera House dates from 1878 and was chosen as the host location by fund drive drawing winner, Deb Foster. Deb is the Marketing Director of Hubbard Hall. “This was a great experience for the whole community,” said Deb Foster. “Everyone in Cambridge must have been listening to the broadcast since I keep getting emails, phone calls, and stopped on the street.”

Joe Donahue, host of the The Roundtable on WAMC Northeast Public Radio, said, “I can’t believe Alan got my mother on the show. She was terrific under his gentle line of mischievous questioning and I was proud of her and delighted to have her on the Roundtable.”
