ST. LOUIS, MO (08/23/2011)(readMedia)-- Ryan Geczi of Weddington, N.C. (28104), has been named a Dean's Scholar at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Geczi will be a freshman in the university's Olin Business School when the fall semester begins Aug. 30.
The scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year students seeking a bachelor of science in business administration degree. The Dean's Scholarship recognizes first-year applicants to the Olin School who demonstrate outstanding character, academic achievement, and promise for a career in business.
In addition, the Olin School looks for evidence of outstanding leadership and community service potential when selecting recipients. The program offers full- and partial-tuition scholarships renewable for four years. Tuition for the 2011-2012 academic year is $40,950.
