DELHI, NY (01/26/2016)(readMedia)-- SUNY Delhi's RN to BSN program is ranked among the best affordable online BSN programs by AffordableCollegesOnline.org (AC Online), a leading resource for online learning and college affordability information. The exclusive rankings can be found online at http://www.affordablecollegesonline.org/degrees/nursing-programs/rn-to-bsn/.
"We are proud to be recognized for offering an affordable program that features faculty with the highest credentials in the field delivering the highest standards of learning," said Dr. Mary Pat Lewis, professor and dean of SUNY Delhi's School of Nursing.
Delhi's RN to BSN program, offered totally online, was first launched in 2008 and is the only degree of its kind in New York State. The program has grown to almost 750 students, and is affiliated with nearly 260 clinical sites and about 1,200 preceptors. The RN to BSN was also one of the first programs featured by the State University of New York through its Open SUNY initiative.
The RN to BSN degree has helped SUNY Delhi rise as a national leader in online education. U.S. News and World Report ranked SUNY Delhi among the Top 50 colleges in the nation for online baccalaureate degree education for three consecutive years. The RN to BSN program was also selected by GetEducated.com for its excellence and affordability.
AffordableCollegesOnline.org (AC Online) began in 2011 to provide quality data and information about pursuing an affordable higher education. The online resource offers materials and tools spanning topics such as financial aid and college savings, opportunities for veterans and people with disabilities, and online learning resources.
