SUNY Potsdam Student Honored with Dr. Philip Neisser Departmental Service Award

This award is named for Dr. Philip T. Neisser '79, who served as member of the Department of Politics at SUNY Potsdam for many years as an instructor, department chair, assistant dean, and most recently as the College's officer-in-charge. It is presented to a politics or international studies major, who, through their efforts in any combination of student clubs, co-curricular events or other service activities associated with the Department of Politics, contributes to upholding Dr. Neisser's vision of the department as a place of inclusion, excellence and open dialogue.
