ALBANY, NY (10/31/2018) (readMedia)-- Tonight at 6 P.M. doors open at Victory Church of Albany for fun games prizes and when all is done every child will leave with a large 5 lb bag of candy.

For the last 12 years the Victory Church has made it an effort to make sure the city children have a safe night out on halloween.

Children can also look for the outreach trolley that will cover the entire city handing out handfuls of candy to children throughout Albany. First stop will be Hoffman Park second stop will be Arbor hill community center then through neighborhoods that are a challenge for children to go door to door.

When: 6 P.M.doors open Victory Church 118 Quail St Harvest Party

Trolley Run 6:30 Hoffman Park 7:15 Arbor hill Community Center Then throughout Arbor hill West hill and South end of Albany.

Safe night out for every city child will be the focus of the night.
