Saint Augustine's College Students' PSA Wins Award

RALEIGH, NC (05/15/2012)(readMedia)-- Raleigh, NC (May 15, 2012) – On April 24, Saint Augustine's College students, Jonathan Dockery of Statesville, NC and Anthony Purnell of Philadelphia, PA won 2nd place in the inaugural Donna Jackson Trailblazer Video Public Service Announcement (PSA) Awards! The awards were hosted by the City of Raleigh, in which they honor organizations and individuals striving to protect and improve the environment.
Jonathan Dockery is currently a rising senior at St. Aug, majoring in Film and Interactive Studies. Anthony Purnell is a rising senior in the Theater and Film program. The premise of the students' PSA is two water preservation detectives interrogating and educating a water preservation offender. Click here to view the award winning PSA!
