MILTON , MA (11/18/2010)(readMedia)-- Curry College Theatre is pleased to announce that Whitman, MA resident, Sarah Naughton, daughter of James and Diane Naughton, will play the role of Linda Loman in Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman at Curry College. In today's economically challenging times, this award-winning, classic American drama is all the more relevant, as it tells the poignant story of a man addicted to and defeated by the American Dream.
Ms. Naughton, a 2008 graduate of Whitman Hanson Regional High School, is a junior at the College, double majoring in Communication and Child Youth Community. Sarah has been a part of multiple productions including Cynthia Mercati's To See the Stars, Christopher Durang's Baby with the Bathwater and Madeline Merenda's Vicious Cycle. She currently serves as the Event Coordinator for Curry Theatre.
Death of a Salesman will run Saturday, December 4 through Tuesday, December 7 at 7:30pm in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium at the Academic and Performance Center on the Curry College Milton campus, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue. Tickets are available at the door or may be reserved by calling (617) 333-2259.
