ST. AUGUSTINE, FL (07/29/2013)(readMedia)-- Dr. Joe Saviak, a Flagler College assistant professor in the Public Administration program has been published in the Journal of the James Madison Institute for the second time.
The essay discusses the benefits of local and state governments joining forces with private firms to build and repair roads, tunnels, bridges and other infrastructures.
In addition to teaching, Saviak advises officials and administrators in various public administration fields. He also organized this year's Flagler College Conference for Local Government.
