SCHENECTADY, NY (06/06/2007)(readMedia)-- The Chamber of Schenectady County will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of Berkshire Bank's Glenville Branch on Friday, June 8 at 3 p.m. In celebration of the new, full-service location at 262 Saratoga Road, Glenville,and to reflect commitment to the community, bank officials will present a donation to the Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady. All are welcome to attend and enjoy refreshments.
The Bank has a total of 31 branches and 41 ATMs throughout Northeastern New York and Western Massachusetts. Berkshire Bank's regional headquarters are located at 41 State Street in Downtown Albany, where the Bank also maintains a branch. Other branches in the region are located in Clifton Park, Delmar, East Greenbush, Glenville, two in Guilderland, Halfmoon, Colonie and Oriskany Falls. Berkshire Bank now has ten branches operating in New York, having opened four branches in 2007.
