Seattle Native Presents at Murdock Conference

WALLA WALLA, WA (11/19/2012)(readMedia)-- Seattle native Rosemary Cotter recently presented her research on X-ray crystallography experiments at the annual Murdock College Science Research Conference, which took place at Whitman College this year. More than 400 students and faculty from colleges throughout the Northwest gathered for the conference, and students presented results from research they had conducted at their home institutions, summer internships or elsewhere. She conducted research with Professor Doug Juers from Whitman.

She is a 2009 graduate of Holy Names Academy.

At Whitman, Cotter is a senior biophysics, biochemistry and molecular biology major.
