Seattle native presents research at annual undergraduate conference

WALLA WALLA, WA (05/11/2012)(readMedia)-- Julia Stone of Seattle, Wash. recently presented at the annual Whitman College Undergraduate Conference on Tuesday, April 10. Her presentation was titled "Reflections on a Summer in Guatemala: Studies in Sustainable Development."

Stone, the daughter of Deb and Eric Stone, is a 2010 graduate of Roosevelt High School. She is currently a sophomore politics major at Whitman.

The undergraduate conference is an annual opportunity for Whitman students to share their research and creative projects with the community. Presentations are given by students in all disciplines.
