Smith receives Hazel Linscheid Scholarship from ECU's Department of Education

Kellie Ann Smith, of Ponder, Texas received the Hazel Linscheid Scholarship during the East Central University Department of Education's 2019 Spring Awards Luncheon. Pictured with Smith is Dr. Phyllis Isaacs, associate professor of education. The Hazel Linscheid Scholarship was established by the Fortnightly Study Clubs of Ada in memory of Mrs. Linscheid, who was a charter member of the club and was the wife of ECU President Emeritus Dr. Adolph Linscheid.
