Stanbridge Nursing Students Honored at Pinning Ceremony

Stanbridge Nursing students were honored with a pinning ceremony celebrating the completion of their nursing program and welcoming their first steps into the nursing profession.

The graduating cohort was presented with professional pins by their loved ones, signifying the completion of their studies and their commitment to their profession and patients. Graduates recited the Nightingale Pledge as they participated in a traditional lamp lighting ceremony symbolizing the lamp famously carried by Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, as she made her nighttime rounds.

"With a 95% 5-year average pass rate for the NCLEX-RN licensure examination, students are prepared to take the next step in their nursing careers. "Stanbridge faculty are incredibly proud of our dedicated students," stated Sabir Uddin, VN Program Director. "We look forward to seeing the impact they will make as nurses with the hands-on learning and experience they've gained at Stanbridge."
