LEWISBURG, WV (05/07/2009)(readMedia)-- Three ticketed concerts and five free with gate admission grandstand events have been added to the 2009 State Fair of West Virginia entertainment lineup. Tickets for the following three shows go on sale Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 10:00 am by phone, mail and Internet only
Saturday, August 15, 2009 - 2008 American Idol Winner David Cook, 8 p.m.
Saturday, August 22, 2009 - Disney High School Musical Summer Celebration, 2 p.m.
Saturday, August 22, 2009 - Kenny Rogers, 8 p.m.
Three concerts are being offered free with a paid gate admission: Sunday, August 16, 7 pm Sandi Patty, Tuesday, August 18 at 5:30 pm West Virginia based American Mountain Theater's high energy Branson stye musical and Tuesday, August 18, 8 pm Rhonda Vincent and The Rage. In addition, Freestyle Motocross returns to the fair on Sunday, August 16 at 1:30 p.m. and the Imperial Stunt Drivers, sponsored by Dodge & Greenbrier Motors will perform at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 15.
