Staunton Recreation Supporting UVA Ladies Basketball

The Staunton Recreation Department Is Sponsoring a Trip to John Paul Jones Arena to Cheer on the Lady Cavaliers Against the Terrapins from Maryland.

STAUNTON, VA (01/04/2010)(readMedia)-- The Staunton Recreation and Parks Department will host a trip to see the Lady Cavaliers take on challenger Maryland Terrapins in women's basketball action @ John Paul Jones Arena. The Lady Cavaliers, ranked 23rd overall in the NCAA Women's Basketball Poll, will look to work their way into the top 10 and gain a birth to the NCAA Tournament. Join Staunton Recreation and Parks on Monday, January 11th as they cheer on the lady Cavs. The transportation departs the Gypsy Hill Park Gym @ 6pm.
