ALBANY, NY (11/15/2010)(readMedia)-- This event plans to afford opportunities for student leaders to advance in their public speaking skills, in time-management, event planning, networking, organizational structure, fund raising, organizational finance and much more. Most importantly, students and advisors from all corners of the state of New York will have the great opportunity to share best practices with each other.
WHO: | Founded in 1987, the New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activities (CLSA) has helped to foster leadership skills among both high school and middle school students throughout New York State. Created by students and their advisors, CLSA offers students the opportunity to learn, share and network with their peers in a safe and supervised environment. |
WHAT: | A three-day event featuring keynote speakers, workshops, district meetings, and general sessions. |
