Student Researcher Recognized for Award-Winning Conference Presentation
Ather Rana '28 recently presented at the Medicine, Science, Learning, Innovation and Mentorship Conference, held in College Park, Maryland, in June 2026. The rising junior was recognized for his work, placing among the top three undergraduate research posters as judged by conference evaluators. His presentation highlighted his investigation into how yoga practice influences stress levels, conducted alongside Assistant Professor of Health Science & Biochemistry Kate Harris as part of the Stonehill Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program.
