Fourteen students and one faculty member spent part of their January 2020 winter break on SUNY Delhi's annual service-learning trip to South Africa.
Delhi has taken over 100 students to South Africa over the past nine years. Working with EcoLife Expeditions, students spend over 20 days in a "mobile classroom" traveling around the country to learn about wildlife management and the role that veterinary science plays in disease control, animal rehabilitation, and one-health style programs that strive to care for and improve the health of people, animals, plants, and our shared environment.
