Students Study Music, Meals and Art in Italy

Several students recently spent two weeks studying the music, architecture, art and cuisine of northern Italy as part of the university's Global Opportunities (GO) program. Participating students lived with host families while attending music lessons and rehearsals at the Scuola Comunale di Musica a "G. Sarti" in Faenza, and cooking Italian cuisine alongside a local chef. The group toured architectural treasures of the Byzantine Empire, explored towns in Tuscany and Emilia-Romangna, visited religious centers and attended cultural events.
