Swine Exhibitors Win Top Honors in Iowa State Fair Hampshire Show

DES MOINES, IA (09/10/2024) (readMedia)-- David Martin of Marion claimed the Champion Boar and Reserve Champion Gilt titles in the Hampshire Swine show at the 2024 Iowa State Fair.

Wall Livestok of Prophetstown, Ill., showed the Reserve Champion Boar. Mason Post of Sioux Center was awarded the Champion Gilt banner.

Warrick Brothers of Prairie City was awarded the Premier Exhibitor title.

The Premier Exhibitor award is presented to the exhibitor earning the highest point total in individual breeding class competition.

Animals are divided according to farrowing date based on the other animals entered in the competition.
