Tabitha Santos of Schenectady, NY to Display Designs at Upscale Mall

NEWTON, MA (02/08/2010)(readMedia)-- Tabitha Santos of Schenectady, NY will be one of ten senior fashion design students from Mount Ida College to showcase their fabulous original designs at the Natick Collection, 1245 Worcester Street, Natick, MA. The garments will be on display February 12 through March 5, 2010 in the Neiman Marcus Court. A special opening reception will be held outside of Neiman Marcus on February 17 at 6:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

The display, entitled "Designer Showcase," is part of Natick Collection's Form to Fashion Event Series, an exhibition of student designers from four area design schools. Each of the participating design schools displays pieces from their students' fashion design collection. During each exhibition, Natick Collection customers vote on which design they like best from each school. The votes are tallied at the end of each school's exhibition and the top vote winners – one from each school – are invited to a fabulous "Bryant Park meets Boston" event in the summer. The winning garments will also be displayed alongside looks by some of the world's hottest designs in the Neiman Marcus display windows.
