Tara Lynch named D3hoops.com All-East Region Rookie of the Year

Freshman Tara Lynch of the RIT women's basketball team was named the 2016 D3hoops.com Women's All-East Region Rookie of the Year on Monday. Lynch was the 2016 Liberty League Rookie of the Year as well as earning All-Rookie Team honors.
