Kutztown University men's and women's track and field were well represented on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams, as five each and 10 total were announced to the teams Tuesday, June 18.
The men's representatives consisted of Adam Brocato (Reisterstown, Md./Calvert Hall), Anthony DeFusco (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone), Michael Fellin (Sheppton, Pa./Marian Catholic), Joe Jardine (Mohrsville, Pa./Schuylkill Valley) and TJ White (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg). The Golden Bear women included Delaney Beard (Sinking Spring, Pa./Governor Mifflin), Myah Davies (New Market, Md./Linganore), Sophia Knerr (Columbia, N.J./North Warren Regional), Kacie Sienko (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) and Kiana Young (East Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg). GPAs for each include Brocato (3.54), DeFusco (3.76), Fellin (3.52), Jardine (3.89) and White (3.57) for the men, and Beard (4.0), Davies (3.87), Knerr (4.0), Sienko (3.51) and Young (3.57) for the women.
The 2024 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes men's track & field honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
