Timothy Martin from Telluride Wins Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Award at Cornell University

ITHACA, NY (05/17/2011)(readMedia)-- Timothy Martin from Telluride, CO, a master's student at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, was awarded the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Award and a $1,000 prize. This award recognizes outstanding master's students, one from each of the program's cohorts in Ithaca and Singapore. The recipients are chosen based on having fully embodied the mission statement of the School of Hotel Administration – hospitality leadership through learning. Through creative thought and compelling action, the recipients of this award have not only enhanced the experiences of their fellow MMH students, but have also made significant contributions to the Cornell community as a whole.
