Timothy Morscheck named to LETU Board of Trustees
LONGVIEW, TX (12/02/2010)(readMedia)-- Timothy Morscheck has recently been named to the LeTourneau University Board of Trustees. Morscheck retired as vice president of technology for Eaton Corporation: Truck Group. He began his career with Eaton in 1971 after graduating from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (aero option). He earned his master's degree in fluid dynamics from the University of Michigan Dearborn in 1975. Morscheck has been involved at the Berean Baptist Church of Portage, Mich. since 1986 and has held multiple leadership positions including operations manager, deacon, chairman of deacons, and Sunday school teacher. While he was a student at LETU, Morscheck held multiple positions in student senate, including student body president from 1970-1971.
LeTourneau University is an interdenominational Christian university located in Longview, Texas, offering academic majors in aeronautical science, business, education, engineering, health care, the humanities and sciences. LeTourneau University also offers graduate and undergraduate degree programs for working adults online and at educational centers in Austin, Bedford, Dallas, Houston and Tyler.
