SCHENECTADY, NY (09/13/2010)(readMedia)-- Transfinder, a national leader in transportation management solutions for school districts, today announced that two new employees have joined its Implementation and Training team. Kevin Kaszubowski and Susan Reed, both former educators, were appointed Applications Specialists. In their roles, they are responsible for training Transfinder clients on using the company's solutions to enhance transportation efficiencies, safety, and cost savings.

Kevin Kaszubowski has been an educator since 1992, beginning his career at Metro State College Denver and the University of Colorado where he taught composition, creative writing, and literature. In 1999 he returned to his home state of New York and continued as an educator at LaSalle Institute. He also taught English at Hoosick Falls High School from 2004-2005, and at Chatham High School from 2005-2009.

Kaszubowski holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Colorado and earned his Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Education and Latin from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Susan Reed has a diverse professional background as an educator and business owner. She brings a diverse skill base and experience that will help her to work with Transfinder's national client base. From 2002-2009 Reed was a reading specialist and classroom teacher at Mayfield Central Elementary. Previously from 1988-1998 she owned and operated the Milt Schaber Restaurant in Gloversville, and from 1977-1986 she owned a 36-standard breed stable for horses that raced at the Saratoga Harness Track and at New York Stakes Races.

Reed holds a Master of Arts in Literacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Rose.
