Two residents of Allegany and Steuben Counties each hit the Lottery for $1,000,000

WELLSVILLE, NY (10/23/2012)(readMedia)-- The New York Lottery's Gretchen Dizer will present $2,000,000 in ceremonial prize checks to two lucky winners from the Southern Tier. One winner won his $1,000,000 prize by matching the first five numbers from the Powerball drawing held on September 26. The other instantly won his $1,000,000 on the popular $5,000,000 Multiplier scratch-off ticket. Both winners will be on hand at the Tops Markets where the Powerball winner purchased his lucky ticket.
