UA Little Rock students raise money for Lucie's Place

Several University of Arkansas at Little Rock students raised money for a homeless shelter through an "Open Closet" fundraiser.

Members of UA Little Rock's Alliance and AWARE student organizations held a fundraiser where people would shop for gently used clothes at discounted prices.

All funds raised were donated to Lucie's Place in the Little Rock, the only homeless shelter for LGBTQ+ youth in Arkansas.
