UPDATE: USC Aiken Classes Canceled for Thursday, Oct. 11, Delayed Opening for University Offices

AIKEN, SC (10/11/2018) All University of South Carolina Aiken classes will be canceled for Thursday, Oct. 11. Activities are suspended until Thursday, Oct. 11 at 6 p.m.

The University of South Carolina Aiken Children's Center will be closed on Thursday, October 11.

As a state agency, the university follows the lead of Aiken County Government; therefore, university offices will open at 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 11. Essential personnel should report as scheduled. All other staff should monitor conditions and report if it is safe to travel

All classes and activities are expected to resume and be conducted as planned Friday, Oct. 12, including the Children's Center.
