This interactive class combines the art of creating a stunning charcuterie bouquet with the science of pairing and mixing wine-based cocktails. Ackerman Winery of Amana, Iowa, will provide the wine, and you'll learn expert tips on selecting flavors, styling an edible bouquet and creating drinks that complement each bite. Join us for an evening of creativity, flavor and fun!
