She brings six years of experience as a communications professional with extensive consumer, entertainment, corporate and non-profit experience. Umana will focus on planning and executing public relations campaigns for 451 Marketing's growing list of consumer clients including Yankee Candle Company, Entertainment Cruises, Mobee, and Centerville Pies.

Prior to joining 451 Marketing, Umana worked at Boston-based communications agency, Regan Communications on consumer accounts including the Boston Celtics, Dunkin' Donuts, Mohegan Sun, New Balance, and Cumberland Farms.
Before joining Regan, Umana handled both media relations and event management for high-profile events such as the Boston Wine Expo, the David Ortiz Celebrity Golf Classic, and the Extreme Sailing Series. She also conceptualized the annual Taste of Park Plaza event to benefit the Greater Boston Food Bank, which won the 2010 Massachusetts Lodging Association Special Events Award.
Umana is a graduate of Siena College in New York where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology.
