WBFO Radio Interviews Students From Medaille's Campus Radio Station

Students from Medaille College's student-run campus radio station, WMCB The Fuze, were recently interviewed on WBFO radio about on-air rules in the wake of controversial comments made by student radio hosts at the University of Minnesota. Medaille junior Stephanie Zawadzki, WMCB's program director, explained that the rules at Medaille are clear. "I tell them that there's no foul language allowed," she says. "No explicit music - no explicit talking." Medaille students Michael Donovan and Lucas Buckley also shared their thoughts in the story. "I think it all goes down to respect," Donovan says. "You don't use that kind of language." Medaille freshman Buckley adds that it's important for on-air talent to "represent your brand."
