Watertown Native Luke Buttenhoff Selected for MIAC Second Team All-Conference

SAINT PAUL, MN (12/17/2012)(readMedia)-- The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) released its 2012 conference awards recently, which showcased 13 players from Bethel University's football squad. Watertown native Luke Buttenhoff was selected for the MIAC Second Team All-Conference.

Buttenhoff, Bethel junior, played a sizeable role on the team's defensive line. Buttenhoff finished the season with 47 tackles, which included six tackles for a loss of 21 yards, while forcing a fumble and recovering two more. Buttenhoff had active hands as well, batting down seven passes on the season.
