Waukesha native honored by Marquette University's Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures

MILWAUKEE, WI (07/19/2012)(readMedia)-- Rakesh Mittal, son of Ram and Deborah Mittal, was honored with the Mary Gettel Scholarship Award from Marquette University's Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. Mittal graduated in May with a bachelor of arts in classical languages with a second major in history.

The Mary Gettel Scholarship Award is given to the graduating senior majoring in a foreign language holding the highest overall grade point average. Mittal received a $300 award.
