LEXINGTON, VA (05/07/2013)(readMedia)-- William Michael Fulwider of Columbus, Ohio., a junior at Washington and Lee University, has been elected to Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership fraternity for men and women.
Fulwider was "tapped" during ceremonies held the opening night of W&L's 2013 Reunion Weekend.
He is an East Asian Languages and Literature major and belongs to Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. He won the Andrew Hemm Prize for excellence in Chinese and the James Boardman Study Abroad Scholarship to study in China fall term 2012. Fulwider is director of the Blue Bike program, an officer of the Student Environmental Action League, editor-in-chief of Muse literary arts magazine and music director of WLUR. He belongs to Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.
Founded at Washington and Lee in 1914, Omicron Delta Kappa recognizes superior leadership among students in various aspects of campus and community life.
