Winners Find the Best Way to Call Their Husbands

DES MOINES, IA (08/27/2024) (readMedia)-- Wendy Bryce of Onawa took first place in the Husband Calling contest that took place Friday, August 16, at the 2024 Iowa State Fair.

Virginia Stone of Waukee took second, and Maddy Browne of Des Moines took third place.

The contest was part of "Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions" in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. A first prize of $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
