Zeldin Announces Major Addition
Conservative Party Executive Chairman Fries Tapped as Campaign Chairman
PATCHOGUE, NY (08/20/2008)(readMedia)-- The Republican candidate for New York's First Congressional District today announced a major addition to his campaign team, adding the First Executive Chairman of the Suffolk County Conservative Party.
In a move showing a commitment to Eastern Long Island's values and principles, candidate Lee Zeldin proudly announced William "Bill" Fries as his Campaign Chairman.
"As our campaign continues to move forward, adding Bill Fries to the team shows a commitment to the values and principles that serve as our foundation," said Zeldin. "Likewise, we're excited to add his leadership, hard work, discipline, and experience he has demonstrated in recent Suffolk County races, including the upset win of Sheriff Vince Demarco."
Fries is prepared to bring to the position his reputation as one of Suffolk County's most talented, hardest working campaigners.
"Lee Zeldin represents everything that's right about politics," said Fries. "He's a leader, he's an agent of change and he's the right man to get America and Suffolk County back on the right track. I'm proud to be here, and will continue throwing my full support behind this fantastic candidate all the way through a victorious Election Day."
God Bless America!
