12 KU field hockey players named to 2022 NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad

The Kutztown University field hockey team had 12 of its members receive recognition on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II National Academic Squad.

The program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. 318 student-athletes from 30 Division II institutions have been named to the 2022 NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad.

Breann Craley (York, Pa./Central York) is a four-year member of the team. Shannon Barrett (Shavertown, Pa./Dallas), Jillian Buchman (Drums, Pa./Hazleton), Megan Doyle (Hackettstown, N.J./Hackettstown), Alyssa Eager (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley), Sarah Gatehouse (Sinking Spring, Pa./Wilson), Mia Kepler (Wall Township, N.J./Wall), Greenleigh McGehee (New Tripoli, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh), Andie Sierer (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) and Abby Wheeler (Bethlehem, Pa./Northampton) are all multi-year members.
