2nd Quarter 2012 Patent Issuances and Applications Rebound in Syracuse

Both the number of patents issued and new patent applications rose significantly in the second quarter of 2012 to record high levels. Michael Hoffman, partner at Hoffman Warnick states, "After dipping last quarter, we are pleased to see such a dramatic increase in both issuances and new applications. This would appear to reflect the positive technology based activity occurring in the Syracuse region."
