Matt's technology specialties are electronic devices, integrated circuit manufacture, integrated software systems, power generation hardware, and mechanical inventions. He has been associated with the firm since 2013.

A Capital Region native of Johnstown, NY, Matt received his Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University, and his Law degree from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. Before joining Hoffman Warnick, Matt completed patent law and technology transfer internships with the United States Department of Energy in Washington, D.C., and Shell Oil Company in Houston, Texas.
