SPRINGFIELD, IL (08/10/2017) (readMedia)-- • The Illinois National Guard will be hosting a change of command for the 65th Troop Command based at Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois. Col. Nick Johnson of Evanston, Illinois, will assume command from Col. Rodney Thacker of Chatham, Illinois.
