Do you find yourself scolding, praising, and disciplining your children just as your parents did? What comes naturally in your parenting style is often not optimal. Join Great Barrington-based Clinical Psychologist Dr. Michael Lipson for an interactive discussion that will address:- the current research on the interplay between family-of-origin and contemporary parenting styles,
- the role our OWN parents play in our current parenting style, and
- what works and what doesn’t work in our lives and how we can become more successful parents.
