BINGHAMTON, NY (06/20/2012)(readMedia)-- Binghamton University student Christine Hubbard of New Milford, NJ, has been selected by the U.S. Department of State Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program to study in Russia during the summer of 2012.
Christine Hubbard is among 630 U.S. undergraduate and graduate students selected for this program.
The CLS Program provides fully-funded, group-based intensive language instruction and structured cultural enrichment experiences designed to increase language fluency and cultural competency. Participants are expected to continue their language study beyond the scholarship and apply critical language skills to their future professional careers.
