RIVERDALE, NY (05/20/2013)(readMedia)-- The College of Mount Saint Vincent is proud to announce Nadejda Tihomirovs from Brooklyn, NY, has received this year's Marjorie Connelly Memorial Award. This award was founded by the administration, faculty and students in memory of a former Director of Continuing Education. The honor is awarded to a student matriculating through the Office of Graduate Studies and Adult Education for outstanding academic achievement.

A nursing major, Tihomirovs received the award at the 101st Commencement on Saturday, May 18th , 2013 before an audience of students, faculty, administrators, trustees, parents and honored guests.
